Birds can be attracted to your home and surroundings simply by offering food, water and shelter, the three most important ingredients for all living creatures. I want to share with you how I have in hand a paradise in my own backyard that is loaded with birds year round.

-You must first find out what species of birds live in your area. You should also know that some of you discover these species come and go depending on what time of year it is and if they are migratory birds or birds that live near you round the year. Second-You must know which species of birds live in your specific habitat. Do not live in a wooded area? Is this a mixed forest of conifers and trees Deciduous or perhaps more of a savannah grass and oak trees? Do you live on a farm in the country or in a big city neighborhood? Sixth shelter for your birds. If you want to enjoy bird watching at the highest point you must put up birdhouses. The thrill of watching the birds go through their mating rituals and their education is unforgettable young. There are birdhouses for all species of birds nest in cavities. It is important to note that all birds use birdhouses. It is also important to choose only boxes that are safe and built specifically for species of birds you want to raise.

Seventh Landscape for birds. If you have the opportunity to landscape around your home, use of native plants that attract wild birds. You can get a list of plants your country in a local nursery or Arbor.

Plan your garden birds

Find out which birds are common in your region and plan based around them. You can find the local library or a bird society or observing birds are attracted to bird feeders in your area. Include native plants in your plan as they are most likely to prosper and to provide suitable natural food for birds.

Make your basic plan including trees, power lines, buildings, roads, shrubs etc and ensure that you plan to sun and shaded areas.
