How Bird Watching Evolved for Me

Being interested in wild birds bred compassion for them, which then transformed into a desire to study birds and their behavior.

Wild birds are elegant, entertaining, appreciative and beautiful all at once and all together - even the lowly crow is a source of entertainment!

Lately I've become more interested in the personality of our wild back yard birds that attracts me, which is why I've been working on the online bird book for you. Each North American bird is discussed in detail - not just their appearance, but their personalities and mannerisms! I can only take credit for part of this resource - taking it into modern day English and ensuring that the names have been edited to reflect Audobon's present nomenclature. Upcoming work will be to include as many photos to the resource as I can.
